Male Cosmetic Genital Surgery
Cosmetic surgery of the genitals (both in women and in men) has become very popular in recent years. Therefore, by increasing the number of potential patients, it is our duty, as specialist surgeons, to refine the techniques more and more trying to improve the experience of the intervention and postoperative.
Among the most common interventions in the male patient there are circumcision of prepuce if there is a long and redundant prepuce of penis or a clear condition of phimosis, or frenuloplasty, which corrects a short frenulum which causes disturbances during intercourse.
Interventions that instead involve the rod are the resolution of the “buried penis”, penile lipofilling and other types of augmentation phalloplasty.
