Laser Carbon Peeling
Carbon Peel is one of the hottest treatments today. In Asia this treatment is nicknamed “China Doll Peel” or “Porcelain Peel” just to underline how the skin after it literally transforms into that of a doll.
The Carbon Peel initially involves applying a natural carbon gel to the face which is left to dry. Natural charcoal rapidly absorbs sebum, impurities and dead cells, purifying pores in depth, transporting toxins to the surface. After applying the carbon mask, a pass is made with a Q‐Switched laser. This wavelength has a high level of absorption in melanin and other dark pigments. Thus, the laser energy will be absorbed by the carbon mask, destroying the carbon particles and at the same time eliminating sebum, desfoliated cells and toxins. This operation has a real refreshing action on the facial skin, exfoliates the skin by thoroughly cleaning the pores and improves texture and tone. Once purified, the skin appears more radiant, uniform and soft to the touch.
The treatment is quick (about 20 min), completely painless and cheap, usually just one session is enough but it can be repeated if necessary during the season.
The Carbon Peel treatment is particularly suitable for anyone with oily skin or suffering from acne, blackheads, enlarged pores or dull, uneven skin tone. The targeted laser energy gently heats the skin and kills the bacteria that cause acne, without going through the use of aggressive chemicals or aggravating ingredients that are not suitable for sensitive skin.
