Fat grafting consists of the transplantation of autologous fat (i.e. of the same patient) which is harvested through cannulas with a diameter of less than 3 mm from different areas of the body.
Macrograft: Once fat has been harvested, it is appropriately treated according to different techniques and is reimplanted in depressed or hypotrophic areas of the face through microcannulas of less than a millimeter.
Micro and Nanograft: It is widely demonstrated that grafted adipose tissue contains a variable amount of stem cells. Fat, therefore, in addition to having a volumizing function, will play a fundamental role in the regeneration of new skin tissue cells, thus guaranteeing the skin an improvement in tone, elasticity and shine.
In addition to purely aesthetic purposes, fat graft plays an important role in the treatment of previous depressed or dystrophic scars by regenerative medicine.
